Capetonians have been left stunned by the massive swells seen at Cape beaches today, 19 January. Videos captured by locals have been shared abundantly, and surfers made the most of the big-wave-opportunity.
What is normally a sandy beach was a whitewash of waves. The swell at Bantry Bay is seen crashing up onto the promenade.
