Nederburg Harvest at Dusk Festival
If you’re looking to get down, dirty and perhaps a little drunk then roll up your trousers and stomp some worries away in a barrel of grapes at the Harvest at Dusk Festival. This fun-filled, action-packed event starts off with a complimentary glass of Nederburg’s Cuvée Brut. The festival offers grape stomping, variety of grape tastings, delicious food by chef, Edmore Ruzoza from The Red Table restaurant to whet your appetite. Children under 6 years enters free, and children between 6 and 12 years pays R220, which includes a juice/soft drink or water, the harvest experience and a service charge.

Moonstruck on Clifton 4th Beach
Moonstruck is back this year, bringing you a fantastic evening of awesome music in the most spectacular of venues, Clifton 4th Beach. The evening begins at 6pm and ends at 9pm. Although there is no admissions cost, please remember to pack your wallet with something to support NSRI Bakhoven. Various promotional items,  Candles (with drip protectors and brown bags for wind protection) and BE BRIGHT luminous caps, will be on sale.

Helderberg Craft Beer Festival
If the Nederberg Harvest Festival wasn’t so much your thing, but beer is, the Helderberg Craft Beer Festival is right up your alley.  Featuring 14 craft breweries, such as Triggerfish Brewing, Drifter Brewing Company, Woodstock Brewery and more. There will be 1 winery (Warwick Wine Estate) for your plus one who enjoys a glass of wine instead of beer. The entertainment line-up includes Ebeneze Ginsberg, David Mason, Mark Haze, Lee Berg, and Sam and Calla. A variety of food vendors, a discotheque and a kids entertainment programme are also available at the event. All proceeds are donated to charity.

Paws on The Promenade
Ease into the Sunday and enjoy a light hearted 5km walk with your fur babies. If you don’t have any of your own, there will be more than enough wagging tails walking along side you from the Mouille Point lighthouse to the Sea Point swimming pool and back.  All funds raised will go to treating sick and injured pets in the community of Khayelitsha.
