A visit to the mall and a lucky guess saw Cape Town’s Emeraan Hendricks walk away with a brand new Chery Tiggo 4 Pro on Friday courtesy of Smile FM.

Hendricks was the lucky winner of a competition presented as part of Smile 90.4fm’s Miles for Smile Roadshow, hosted at ten different shopping centres across the city.
This competition was the main attraction of the ten-week tour and saw challengers guess how many balls, of different shapes and sizes filled the vehicle that was first on display at the V&A Waterfront before making its way to Cape Gate, Blue Route, Kenilworth Centre Table Bay, Liberty Promenade, Vangate Mall, N1 City, Somerset Mall and finally, Canal Walk. Enthusiastic participants then had to scan the QR code to enter their guesses, hoping to win the grand prize.

A thrilled Hendricks was closest to the exact total of 1402 and was announced as the winner on the Ryan O’Connor Breakfast Show on Monday morning.
