The Cape Town Motor Show, in partnership with the City of Cape Town, will amaze crowds at Sun GrandWest. The show will run from the 2-4 March 2018, and promises to be a weekend that will leave car and bike buffs, as well as petrol heads, lusting after the motor industry’s latests creations.

Exotic, classic and luxury cars created by all major vehicle manufacturers will be on display, and will be an opportunity for visitors to get up close and personal with the newest models before they will be at available at dealerships in the country.

CTMS will rival any and all of its international equivalents, and with car drift displays to run all weekend. Spectators may watch from the sidelines, but those who are brave enough may join as passengers for the ride of a lifetime.

All of Sun GrandWest Entertainment World will be occupied by CTMS, including its Grand Arena, the Sun Exhibits Hall and an Outdoor Area. The show will also include a Chill Zone,  a Camping and 4×4 Area, Nostalgia Zone and the Drifting Zone.

This year, CTMS will also boast mouth-watering new additions, such as an outdoor area with the Wildebeest 4×4 Challenge Club, and all varieties of 4×4 will be on display. Keep an eye peeled for the tracks built to challenge each 4×4’s technical skills and capabilities. Another new display is The Dusty Rebels and the Bombshells. Here, spectators can view amazing feats such as axe throwing, Metal Shaping by Anvl Kraft, Skate Boarding & BMX displays, Jack Daniel’s bars and an insane Mutant Desert vehicle display.

For the motorbike enthusiasts out there, you will be glad to find that it if has an engine and two (perhaps even three) wheels, it will be on display on CTMS.

Whats more, Jaguar Land Rover South Africa will showcase their Two Icons Tour Experience. Spectators can experience Jaguar’s Art of Performance Tour and Land Rover’s Above and Beyond Tour, all in one location. This tour will allow guests to immerse themselves completely in the Jaguar and Land Rover experience, and will include self-driving and driven experiences.

The experience doesn’t stop there. Guests can partake in helicopter flips, WFI Auto Detailing is pulling out all the stops with a prize late 70s model Ford truck that will be a blend of old school muscle and new school convenience up for grabs.
