Located in the urban surf and skate store, Board Hub, in Long Street, the hip healthy joint, is ideal for a quick hearty fix. Whether cravings kick in for a wholesome salad, mouth-watering bagels or a thick creamy smoothie, there is something on offer for everyone. Fresch Foods menu ranges from signature smoothie bowls such as the Piesang Power, consisting of banana, macadamia nut butter, cacao nibs, almond milk and cinnamon, to their freshly squeezed juices including healthful ingredients like ginger, spinach, celery, apple, lemon and mint. The summer menu has something to satisfy every pallet whether flexitarian, vegetarian, vegan, gluten or wheat intolerant; a healthy breakfast, lunch, early supper or take away is simply one stop away.

Fresch Foods founder, Adam Reilly discovered the health food trend whilst on vacation in Indonesia – sparking his interest in opening up a fast-casual health café in Cape Town, at the age of 19.
