Get ready to be enchanted! Disney On Ice is making its much-anticipated return to South Africa in 2026, bringing with it a dazzling spectacle that promises to delight audiences of all ages.
Next year’s show, titled ‘Mickey’s Search Party,’ will be an extraordinary adventure featuring world-renowned performances, cutting-edge technology, and all the beloved characters from Disney’s iconic tales.
Produced by the acclaimed Feld Entertainment Inc. and brought to South Africa by leading local promoter Showtime Management, Disney On Ice kicks off its journey in Pretoria at the SunBet Arena, Time Square, starting on Sunday, 28 June, through to Sunday, 05 July 2026.
Following its Pretoria run, the ice extravaganza will glide into GrandWest, Cape Town, from Saturday, 11 July until Sunday, 19 July 2026, before concluding its tour at the International Convention Centre Arena in Durban from Friday, 24 July to Sunday, 26 July 2026.

Drawing on the enchantment of Disney’s narratives, ‘Mickey’s Search Party’ invites audiences to embark on an exhilarating quest with Mickey Mouse and his friends. The adventure revolves around the search for Tinker Bell, who finds herself caught in the clutches of Captain Hook.
As families watch, they will traverse beautifully crafted scenes like the vibrant Land of the Dead from Disney●Pixar’s ‘Coco,’ join Moana on her brave voyage across the seas, and see Belle as the enchanted chandelier ascends into the sky.
This immersive experience promises world-class skating, breathtaking acrobatics, and astonishing stunts that will leave spectators on the edge of their seats.
Alongside the epic performances, attendees will sing along with Elsa in the magical ice world of ‘Frozen’, marvel at the antics of Buzz Lightyear, Woody, and Jessie in ‘Toy Story’, and join in the thrill of underwater adventures with ‘The Little Mermai’.
Each segment of the performance is destined to be a celebration brimming with laughter, teamwork, and heartwarming moments.
Tickets for this highly anticipated family outing are already on sale and can be purchased via Ticketmaster.co.za or Showtime.co.za.
It’s worth noting that to ensure safety regulations are met, every individual regardless of age, including infants must possess a valid ticket.
