The first week of the nationwide lockdown has officially passed. South Africans across the nation have handled the first full week inside in many different ways, from home workouts to frantically searching for things to keep those little ones busy.

Some people are using their time spent inside to master new skills, cook things they haven’t before and even attend online classes. While others are realising the perils of sitting on the couch all day.
