The slides were officially opened to the public on Friday and will offer plenty of entertainment until 13 January 2023.
Children will be able to enjoy a winter wonderland, in the middle of the South African summer, with the ever popular Disney-themed amusement activities offering something for young and old, the adventurous and timid.
Younger children can build real snowmen and castles while the braver can choose between a series of slides, offering ample thrills and chills as they negotiate their way down the slopes at high speeds.
Parents and caregivers are also invited to get in on the action or simply appreciate the pure joy on their children’s faces as they work off any excess energy.
There will also be ample photo opportunities with characters from Wakanda Forever, as well as Mickey & Pals.
The Sing Along Karaoke also returns, giving any hopeful songbirds a chance to cut loose and deliver their best rendition of their favourite Disney song.
Preserving fun memories has also been made easy with an option for families to capture the moment with the special Canal Walk Ice Slide Photos from R60.
With the centre extending its closing time of 9am to 10pm until 23 December, families will be able to have the time of their lives until the last session ends at 9:45pm.
Forty-five minute sessions range from R35 for non riders to R100 for a full pass. Mini riders will pay R85.
Tickets currently available on www.webtickets.co.za or at the venue ticket booth.
