Tyla, the Grammy-winning South African superstar, will come home with a two-city South Africa tour. The ‘Water’ hitmaker will perform her first local tour since her spectacular rise to global fame.
On 5 December, she will perform at the Grand Arena in GrandWest, Cape Town, before continuing onto Johannesburg, Cape {town} Etc reports.

Tyla became the highest-charting female soloist on the US Hot 100 chart with ‘Water,’ peaking at number seven. Tyla was also crowned as the youngest South African and the first South African soloist to reach the Billboard Hot 100 in almost 55 years.
The song peaked at #1 on the Billboard Afrobeats Chart, Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay Chart, Hot R&B Songs Chart, and Adult R&B Airplay Charts in the United States, earning Tyla the BET Awards for Best New Artist and Best International Act, as well as the MTV VMAs for Best New Artist.
She was also nominated for a Brit Award, two iHeartRadio Music Awards, and the Ivor Novello Award for Best Contemporary Song.
