Winemaker Pieter du Toit will be your host at the Cederberg Wines food and wine weekend from Friday 6 to Sunday 8 July.

With a unique environment, the farm at Dwarsrivier (not far from Bushman’s Kloof), produces award-winning wines from their high-altitude vineyards.

Executive Chef Charles Hayward will be at the kitchen helm ensuring that the Dwarsrivier wines are paired with the most delectable food. “We will be using the freshest herbs and produce from our vegetable garden, as well as making the most of local, regional specialities and pairing the wines with a multiple course tasting menu.”
Bushmans Kloof is a luxurious ecological oasis of 18 533 acres (7500 hectare), situated at the foothills of the breathtaking Cederberg mountains. Here majestic views, staggering rock formations,
open plains and invigorating outdoor activities make for the perfect weekend away.
From R 3 420 per person sharing per night, this is sure to be a weekend of culinary perfection.
