Looking for a place to donate clothes you no longer wear? Jordan Wine Estate is running a collection drive where you receive a free cup of coffee or tea in exchange for your items. The drive is running until August 31 and is an annual initiative.

For every 3kgs of clothes donated, a cup of coffee is or tea is given in exchange.

The warm beverage of your choice will be paired with a delicious salted caramel biscuit from The Bakery at Jordan.

Clothes donated will be distributed to a selection of local charities on the behalf of donors.

How does it work?

Visit the estate between 10am and 4pm from Monday to Sunday and bring along your clothes for donation.

Each person may only donate up to 24kgs of clothing and will receive their free coffee/tea and biscuit.

“To adhere to regulations and also to keep the health and safety of our staff members in mind, clothes donated to the Winter Clothing Collection will need to be washed and folded and brought to the estate in clear bags, labeled with its contents. If you are not able to join us at the estate and still have clothes to donate, please contact us at [email protected] for a full list of the charities we support,” said the estate on their Facebook page.
