As the chilly winter weather sets in, the pets of Khayelitsha are also feeling the cold. You can make a difference and keep one pet warm this winter through the Wagging Winter Shoebox drive, an initiative by Mdzananda Animal Clinic.

The concept is simple and anyone can participate. All you need to do is find a shoebox or any suitable box, select whether you’d like to pack for a puppy, kitten, dog or cat, and then fill it to the brim with goodies for your chosen pet. Once your shoebox is ready, you can drop it off at one of the designated drop spots to ensure that it reaches a deserving furry friend in need.
Donating a Wagging Winter Shoebox is a small act of kindness that can have a significant impact on making winter a little bit warmer for the furry residents of Khayelitsha.
