This year, the All Blacks and Springboks will face each other at DHL Stadium for the first time.
The highly-anticipated event is set to be an intense Castle Lager Rugby Championship clash between two of the greatest teams in world rugby history at the iconic DHL Stadium in Cape Town.

The international rugby union competition features Argentina, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand. South Africa was crowned the champion in 2019 for the first time since 2009 after it received bonus points against Australia in Johannesburg and Argentina in Pretoria. The game against New Zealand in Wellington ended in a draw.
The cost and the exact date of the on-sale of public tickets for this rerun of the 2023 Rugby World Cup Final will be announced early in the new year.
‘We look forward to hosting these two rugby giants in our beautiful City and of course, welcoming guests from around the world to experience the magic that Cape Town has to offer,’ Cape Town Mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis told The Newspaper.

The DHL Stadium is no stranger to esteemed events. ‘We are proud to be the host venue for this incredible event and look forward to delivering a seamless and memorable experience for all spectators on match day,’ said Gina Woodburn, DHL Stadium CEO.
According to the City’s Mayco member for safety and security, JP Smith, the City’s Events Coordinating Committee is working with the event organiser Stormers Rugby, SAPS and DHL Stadium Management to ‘ensure all the logistics are taken care of for a safe, holistic and memorable experience on game day’.
This will be the second clash between the Springboks and the All Blacks in next year’s Castle Lager Rugby Championship.
