The third annual clash of the chefs 2019

The third annual clash of the chefs with 8 participating chefs takes places on September 1, 2019. The event is held at Marlenique Estate in Franschhoek/Paarl.

Watch the chef teams (2 chefs in each team) as they battle it out for the ultimate title of “Champion Chef Team”.

 The chefs will be preparing the food in the Cook-Off Area, so guests can watch as they prepare their dishes from the Mystery Box ingredients in 60 minutes.

The chosen charity is Safe Hands Animal Rescue Franschhoek (SHARF). It is a small animal welfare organisation in the Franschhoek Valley led by Bettina Juling, Juani Beukes and Alex Steyl.

The organisation’s primary functions are to sterilise as many animals as possible, help animals in distress and in need of medical attention and a loving touch, while educating animal owners and the local community about responsible domestic animal care.
