Heritage Day Braai Competition at Mykonos Casino

Celebrate National Heritage Day with Club Mykonos Casino by competing in their annual Braai Competition. The competition will be held at Marc’s Beach Bar, Club Mykonos Resort on September 24.

Teams of four will be tasked with preparing a three-course themed meal. However, there is a catch. Teams will not have any electricity or gas to cook with, they must prepare their meals on the open flame alone. Winners of the competition receive R4 000, runners up receive R2 000 and third place receives R1 000. Teams will be judged by a panel of celebrity judges: chef Elmarie Leonard, SASSA/WWF Braai Ambassador John Grundlingh and restauranteur Marc Warmerdam.
