A warm invitation is extended to women to come together for the fifth daylong Movement Medicine Retreat on May 25. Take time out from the busyness of life and treat yourself to some me and we time in movement and the nourishing company of other women. Lades are invited take a day to pause, reflect, and resource themselves.

Come as you are, with all that moves inside you and in your life: your joys and your struggles, your grief and your celebrations, your questions and your ideas, your gentleness and your wild self. There is space and a dance for it all on the Nourish dancefloor. This time, the event will call on the support of the energy of Ether.

The class itself will be guided by Petra, a fully qualified Movement Medicine Teacher and Facilitator with CPD Level 1, 2 and 3 Advanced Training. She has been studying with the School of Movement Medicine (UK) since 2009. Her passion for life and deep love for the Earth and all beings infuse her teaching. Her intention is to inspire, support, nourish, and connect people through dance.

Throughout, women can work with Movement Medicine and other creative, reflective and playful practices to resource themselves and find nourishment, inspiration, and support in the togetherness of women. Guests are invited to share themselves in movement and give the gift or presence, listening and sharing.
