Explore the Newlands Forest and enjoy the silent walking meditation that is taking place on February 17 2019.

The walks are done in silence with the intention of receiving and offering back of  ‘energy’ into our city, coutry and continent. It allows attendees to shed the stresses of their daily loves and become in touch the surrounding nature and their state of mind.

The walk will begin by meeting at the Newlands Forest fire station at the boom near the parking area.

Attendees are advised to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the walk at 6.45am. A brief introduction and short breathing excursus will take place in order to align and attune the intention of the walk.

No cellphones are allowed during the walk and attendees are advised to wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes.

It is an easy walk of roughly an hour in duration but does involved a slow uphill incline for an estimated 20 minutes.

The walk is free of charge.
