Strauss & Co Fine Wine Auction

The first ever Strauss & Co Wine Auction on September 14, 2019 will have wine lovers hammering away for their chance to take home some fine wine. The wine auction, to be held at the Westin in Cape Town, will feature some of the finest local and international wines from wineries such as Meerlust, Kanonkop and Klein Constantia.

Wine connoisseurs can rejoice at the 376 lots of fine wine on offer. Certian charity items will be on sale, each going towards a worthy cause.

All the proceeds of the Hartenberg Gravel Hill Vertical 2005-2010 & Lot 271 Kanonkop Pinotage 2001 sale will go towards the Strauss/ SASA Sommelier Protege Program. The proceeds of the Domaine de la Romanee Conti Richebourg, 1998, will be donated to sp(i)eel, a groups of arts therapists working towards using arts-based psychological and psycho-social practices for communities living with trauma.

Those interested in participating can register at the Westin on September 13 from 11am or on auction day from 9am. New bidders are subject to a R5 000 holding deposit.
