A light aircraft crashed along Link Road in the Cape Point part of Table Mountain National Park earlier today.
Said light aircraft had two male occupants according to SANParks, both of whom suffered minor injuries.
According to the Western Cape government, the plane crash-landed, however, the details surrounding the crash are still unclear.
Both men were taken to the hospital for further examination.
Link Road and Olifantsbos road have been closed in light of the event.

SANParks confirms that a light aircraft crash occurred along Link Road in the Cape Point section of Table Mountain National Park at approximately 13:40pm.

This follows another light aircraft crash in South Africa which happened on Tuesday, 8 February in Howick, Durban. The light aircraft reportedly crashed into a maize field and the pilot was taken to hospital. He is reportedly in a stable condition according to IOL.
