SAPS in the Western Cape Province are appealing for urgent help with their investigations on the kidnapping of 35-year-old Anichka Penev.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the Ukrainian that can help apprehend her kidnappers is encouraged to come forward.

Penev was abducted outside Nioro Plastics in Blackheath-Kuils River on 29 September. A video shows her being forced out of her yellow Audi R8 by gunmen. She tried to resist but eventually, they drove off with her.
Following the kidnapping, SAPS engaged an inter-governmental kidnapping task force.

SAPS spokesperson Captain FC van Wyk confirmed police were investigating a kidnapping and attempted murder case according to TimesLIVE.
According to Van Wyk, the circumstances surrounding Penev’s kidnapping are unclear but her identity and nationality have been confirmed.
“We can confirm the victim is Anichka Penev, a Ukrainian national.”
