Who says that you need to slog at your stove for hours to create a fantastic meal? What if we told you that all you need is three ingredients? Yes, you heard it right, all you need is three ingredients to make these delicious favourites.

3 Ingredient Fruit Cake
1kg fruit mix with nuts
3 cups of fruit/apple juice (you can add a little brandy)
2 cups self-raising flour

Method:
Soak fruit mix in fruit juice overnight. Line a cake tin with baking paper. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredient (no particular order) and mix. Place in cake tin, then in the oven preheated to 150°C for 1 hour.

3 Ingredient Scones
4 cups self raising flour
I tub (250ml) sour cream
I can of Sprite

Method:
In a mixing bowl, add flour and sour cream, mix completely. Add the can of sprite to make a soft dough. On a floured board, flatten dough, cut into shape you like and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in preheated oven on 200° C for 12-15 minutes.

3 Ingredient pizza dough
2 cups self raising flour
1 cup Greek yogurt or Maas
A pinch of salt

Method:
Combine all these ingredients in a mixing bowl to make a soft dough. Let the dough rest for 15 mins. Roll out on floured board, add your favourite toppings and place in an oven preheated to
180°C. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
