After brewing in anticipation, coffee lovers will be devastated to learn that the Cape Town Coffee Festival has been postponed until 2019.

The festival was set to be the first of its kind in Cape Town, and take place at City Hall.

“The response from the public to the event far surpassed our expectations, however, the stars did not align for our debut in 2018,” the organisers posted on Facebook.

“By taking a step back we aim to bring you a bigger, better event next year. Thank you for your tremendous support. We look forward to seeing you at our rescheduled debut in 2019.”

“If you have any questions regarding this announcement, please message us via our Facebook page or email: [email protected]

Based on highly successful programmes in London, New York and Amsterdam, the coffee festival aimed to showcase Cape Town as one of the coffee capitals in the world.
