HQ has partnered with popular wine farms around the Western Cape to bring you artfully paired wining and dining evenings. The recent evening paired the Ernie Els Wines which brought an elegant simplicity and dining excellence to all of the guests.

Fine Wining is all about the magic that happens when you pair excellent food with amazing wines. On the night you will be able to enjoy HQ’s iconic starter salad, sirloin steak with Café de Paris Sauce and skinny fries, as well as a delectable dessert.

The set menu costs R295 per person and the past menu included:

Goat’s cheese mouse crostini, with beetroot carpaccio, rocket pesto, and Rosé reduction.

A crisp salad of Cos and Iceberg leaves, toasted pine nuts, parmesan shavings and dressed with a Dijon mustard vinaigrette.

250g Sirloin wet aged for 32 days and grilled perfectly medium-rare, served with skinny fries & Café de Paris Butter.
