Cape Town much-loved Beluga is ready for summer, relaunching a menu of old favourites and new additions guaranteed to have you begging for more.

To kickstart the Mother City’s summer season, Beluga is offering up a menu that will have you on a flavour journey, traversing continents with each bite. The new menu incorporates new takes on old dishes, as well as more options for vegans.

“While we’ve kept many of the old favourites (and will probably do so forever because they’re just amazing), we have also revamped a few of the dishes and in some cases just redone it completely,” explains Beluga. “As always, we have tried our best to continue the vegan dream and have made a large effort to add more vegan options into our kitchen and dessert menu section.”

“We are incredibly excited about all our new additions to the menu, our Chef “Mo’ Flavour” has really outdone himself and challenged the team with his fantastic creativity.”

From the fresh rainbow beetroot salad paired with goat’s cheese and fresh cucumber, to the Cape Malay Crayfish Curry, there is something for everyone on the menu.
