How do I tell my kids, I am dying? Posts Zoleka Mandela as she further explains she has been feeling a sore back close to a month.
She went to the doctor where she underwent an x-ray for her chest and rib and was later discovered that she has Bone Metastasis. According to mayoclinic.org Bone Metastasis usually happens when cancer cells spread from their original site to a bone. Which her Oncologist explained could not be cured.

As she awaits for more information and results. Mandela ended off the post by stating she does not know how to tell her children or even tell them that this time around she may not get to live her life as a survivor.
In high spirits, her fans could not send out supporting texts on her Instagram post as comments were closed off but took to twitter to share messages of hope.

I just saw Zoleka Mandela post on Instagram yooh I couldn’t hold my tears. It’s too much let’s continue to pray for her. Word of God says “for with God nothing will be impossible”. (Luke 1:37)
