Cold weather may leave your skin dry and itchy, including onset of cracked lips and heels. Moisturising is a priority, even during winter in order to keep your skin feeling soft and supple. Once again, drinking an adequate amount of water can work wonders for your skin.
Sleep is a need
The recommended amount of sleep ranges between 7-8 hours. Restful sleep is helpful in keeping your immune system functioning at its optimum. It also eliminates any stress hormones and burns calories as well.
During winter, it’s always necessary to go for regular health check-ups. Cold weather can trigger asthma, flu, sore throats, arthritis, and even a heart attack.
