29 April: Coyote Ugly
Coyote Ugly is a 2000 American comedy-drama film based on the Coyote Ugly Saloon, directed by David McNally and starring Piper Perabo, Adam Garcia, Maria Bello, Izabella Miko, Tyra Banks, Bridget Moynahan, Melani Lynskey, LeAnn Rimes and John Goodman.
Graced with a velvet voice, 21-year-old Violet Sanford heads to New York to pursue her dream of becoming a songwriter, only to find her aspirations sidelined by the accolades and notoriety she receives at her ‘day’ job as a barmaid at Coyote Ugly.
The ‘Coyotes’, as they are affectionately called, tantalise customers and the media alike with their outrageous antics, making Coyote Ugly the watering hole for guys on the prowl.

30 April: My Big Fat Greek Wedding
My Big Fat Greek Wedding is a 2002 romantic comedy film directed by Joel Zwick and starring an ensemble cast of Nia Vardalos, John Corbett, Lainie Kazan, Michael Constantine, Gia Carides, Louis Mandylor, Andrea Martin and Joey Fatone.
Toula Portokalos (Vardalos) is 30, Greek American and works in her family’s restaurant, Dancing Zorba’s, in Chicago. All her father, Gus (Constantine), wants is for her to get married to a nice Greek boy but Toula is looking for more in life.
After convincing her father to let her go to university and take over her aunt’s travel agency, she meets the non-Greek Ian Miller (Corbett), who she secretly dates until her family finds out. Much to her father’s fury, the two decide to get married.

As the average bloke and glamorous movie star draw closer and closer together, they struggle to reconcile their radically different lifestyles in the name of love.

Wrestling with his new responsibilities, Miles discovers a whole new world hidden at an abandoned NYC subway tunnel, only to get bitten by a stealthy radioactive arachnid from another dimension.
Now, gifted with unfathomable powers, much like the original Spider-Man, Miles is shocked to discover that life has suddenly become even more complicated.
