The new Mama Shelter hotel will boast 127 stylish hotel rooms and 68 branded residences, including an eclectic mix of 36 studios, 23 one-bedroom units, five two-bedroom suites, three three-bedroom apartments and one luxurious four-bedroom residence.
This diversification is designed to cater to a wide range of visitors, from business travellers to families seeking a unique getaway.
Located in the heart of the city, guests will enjoy a wealth of amenities, including 213 square metres of meeting rooms, a dynamic 380-square-metre co-working space, a well-equipped gym, a refreshing swimming pool, and a rooftop deck area that offers stunning views of Cape Town’s skyline.
