Making a difference to a rescue animal is an action that can have a truly lasting impact, much like those made by tattoo artist, Clinton Naidoo – a long-time supporter of the Cape of Good Hope SPCA.

As a lifelong Grassy Park resident, Clinton has always viewed the CoGH SPCA as a landmark in the community. In the ’90s, the CoGH SPCA led a campaign which called for local schools to decorate the walls of the SPCA. Clinton managed to paint his very own art piece in 5 hours and bring this structure to life with his talents.

Having this experience encouraged the untrained artist to believe in his natural gift and so began his personal journey in the creative field. Along with this affinity for creating, Clinton also loved animals and at one time had numerous pet birds, often receiving advice from the SPCA regarding their care.

Once again Clinton was asked to design a banner for an SPCA Charity Shop event and thereafter worked on artwork for the popular SPCA book sales, Wiggle Waggle Walks and Adoption campaigns.
