A Standard Bank employee was the victim of a targeted robbery at Kenilworth Centre this morning, Monday 21 November.

A source told Cape {town} Etc that the victim was in the parking lot of the mall when he was approached by two armed males. The perpetrators stole the victim’s bag, containing his personal laptop.
The incident took place at approximately 10.50am.
The suspects fled the scene in a silver VW Golf towards Athlone. No one was physically harmed.
SAPS confirmed the incident, adding that a “robbery with a firearm case was opened for investigation” and that “there was no kidnapping.”
