Beaches across Cape Town have reached maximum occupancy, as many of them have been closed off to further visits from the public, Cape {town} Etc reports.
Silvermine Gate 1 and Silvermine Dam have reportedly reached capacity.
In addition, the Trafalgal pools as well as Mnandi Beach has an almost unending queue.

As it stands, the final list of beaches / swimming areas which have now been closed off to the public, includes Boulders beach, Silvermine beach, the Mnandi pool and the Sea Point pool.
Muizenberg beach and Fish Hoek Beach are both at full capacity but cannot be closed.
