The bodies of two boys have been recovered from a dam in Dysselsdorp near Oudtshoorn.

According to police, three boys went for a swim in the Askamp dam. When they exited the water, two of the boys, aged 10 and 13 years old respectively, slipped on the watertight membrane located on the wall of the dam.
