The body of Raymind Samuels (23) who went missing in the water near Hout Bay was recovered on Thursday, August 6.
Samuels went missing while scuba diving near Duiker Island on Sunday, August 2. An extensive search was launched by the National Sea Rescue Institute (NSRI) to find him.
His body was found close to the area he had been diving, Craig Lambinon, NSRI spokesperson said. The cause of death is uncertain.
