The historic Slave Brass Bell at Groot Constantia Estate has been stolen, Cape {town} Etc reports.
This was announced in a Round-Robin notice issued by the wine farm, in which it reached out to a recycling company to seek assistance in recovering it.

The brass bell weighs approximately 110kg, about 30 to 35cm in height and width.
No other information is available at this time.
