Local luxury 5-star hotel Cape Grace Hotel was recently acquired by Kasada Hospitality Fund LP (“Kasada”).

The accession has now made Cape Grace part of the Fairmont Hotels. The hotel is popular for its world-class fine dining, high tea and luxury accommodations.
The V&A Waterfront located establishment will transition into a fully branded Fairmont by the end of the year.
Recently, Cape Town has been spotlighted for attracting investment and semigration through its reliable service delivery.
CEO of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Mark Willis, shared that the company identified momentum in South Africa for luxury hotel brands and that the iconic hotel Cape Grace was suitable to establish Fairmont’s footprint there.
