Local police are searching for 15-year-old Morgan Arthur Peters who went missing on December 31, 2019. The teen from Saldanha Bay was visting family in Cape Town and was last seen by his uncle in Goodwood, who put him on a taxi to go to Cape Town.
From there, Peters was to take a bus to return home to Saldanha Bay.
He was wearing a blue/grey baseball jacket with the number 79 on the front, white tracksuit pants and white running shoes.
