Table Mountain National Park (TMNP) has urged members of the public to collect free firewood at the Rhodes Memorial Area as part of the rehabilitation process until the site is cleaned up to control access.
According to TMNP firewood can be collected through a permit system from Monday, 20 – 23 December or members of the public can make necessary arrangements on time to avoid traffic congestion in the area and to allow the process to move quickly.
