Delta Air Lines has started servicing Cape Town to Atlanta today as promised at the launch that took place earlier this month.

Cape Town is welcoming the economic boost while to economic recovery post-pandemic. The official launch event took place on 29 November 2022.
Earlier this month Delta added a triangle route to its schedule from Atlanta to Johannesburg to Cape Town.
According to Atlanta Journal, “South Africa is the United States’ largest trade partner in Africa and Cape Town is a popular tourist destination and a growing business centre.”
Delta predicts a 15 to 20% revenue from the international market.
