There are reports of flooding in the Camps Bay – Clifton area after a bout of heavy rain on Tuesday afternoon [November 23].

There has allegedly been a landslide on lower Kloof Road between Camps Bay High School and Clifton, according to an update posted by the Camps Bay & Clifton Ratepayers Association.

Both lanes of traffic are reportedly closed and motorists are advised to make use of alternative routes.

Floods are being reported across the area, according to JWI News.

This is the second time in a matter of weeks that Cape Town’s roads have been flooded. Earlier this month on November 6, Kloof Road flooded between Lower Kloof Road and Clifton Road.
