Finally, there’s some good news for motorists as the Department of Energy announces a petrol price decrease in the fuel price update for October 2022.

While diesel increases by 10 cents and 25 cents per litre, petrol 93 will decrease by 89 cents per litre and petrol 95 will go down by 102 cents.
Paraffine whole price will decrease by 62 cents per litre while LPGAS will get a 91-cent increase per kilogram.
According to BussinessTech, these prices are set to kick in tomorrow, 5 October 2022. The prices of fuel come as a result of international product prices for fuel dropping during the period under review.
