A fire that started on Signal Hill this past Sunday was fanned by strong winds and swiftly spread to the Sea Point area.
Roads were closed in the affected areas and trails on the mountain have been closed until further notice.
Ashes and devastation are all that remains on Signal Hill and Lion’s Head following the raging fire.
