The latest loadshedding schedule announced by Eskom shows a possible return to stage 1 and 2 – for this weekend, at least.
Loadshedding was reduced to stage 3 at 5am on Friday and is to continue until 12am. According to the latest announcement, it is anticipated that stages 1 and 2 will be required for Saturday, with stage 2 loadshedding only implemented at 4pm until 10pm on Sunday.
Loadshedding will be implemented at Stage 2 only during the evening, from 16:00 – 24:00 on both Saturday and Sunday. It is anticipated that Stage 2 loadshedding will also be implemented during the evening peak of 16:00 – 24:00 throughout next week. pic.twitter.com/yfe05UZwa8

But nothing is ever set in stone when it comes to Eskom … Should anything change in the intervening period, Eskom will communicate and implement any changes as may be necessary.
As things currently stand, lower stages of loadshedding is expected next week between 4pm and 12am. This will be confirmed closer to the time, or as major changes occur.
