Spencer (33) and Millerd have shared nearly a decade together.
According to ENews, the pair enjoyed a candlelit meal overlooking the Aegean Sea before Channing got down on one knee.
Eliza captioned the moment, ‘Forever and ever,’ as she revealed a dazzling teardrop-cut diamond ring.
Born into British aristocracy as the niece of Princess Diana, Eliza was raised in Cape Town after her parents’ divorce. Along with her twin sister, Lady Amelia, she spent her formative years in South Africa and frequently visits the country.

Amelia, who married in Stellenbosch last year, celebrated the news online by commenting, ‘The perfect couple and dream engagement. I couldn’t be happier for you both.’
The engagement follows hints shared in Hello! magazine earlier this year, in which Eliza stated that marriage was definitely on the cards.
