The M3, between Tokai and Constantia, is closed in both directions. A truck carrying bricks experienced a tyre burst and collided with three vehicles. A 38-year-old male was declared dead on the scene, while two other adult males suffered slight injuries. A two-year-old toddler was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
