The body of a 20-year-old man who had gone missing from Silversands, Bluedowns has been found. Chad Cole was last seen on Friday, June 19 after he fed his dogs and told his father he was “just stepping outside,” reports Daily Voice.
The cause of his death is yet to be determined.
“Thank you to everyone who assisted with searching for Chad and sharing the post. Unfortunately his body was found. Currently waiting on a report to state the cause of death. Please keep his family in your prayers. Another mother and father just lost their son! RIP CHAD COLE,” posted a community member on Facebook.
A family friend confirmed that is body was found at the Tygerberg mortuary on June 26.
Condolences poured in on social media. “My heart goes out to his family,” Zainab Taylor Carolus commented on the news.
