The operation, carried out just after 6am on Wednesday, 26 November, formed part of an extended investigation into a property in Bridgton long believed to be a point of unlawful drug activity, as per the South African Police Service.
According to details noted by the Western Cape Organised Crime Investigations unit, information also echoed by Garden Route District Crime Intelligence, the team moved in with a search warrant at a home in 11th Avenue.
Officers seized 100 grams of tik and 300 mandrax tablets, alongside a Volkswagen Polo TSI that investigators believe was ‘used in the commission of the offences.’
