Allen Andrew Barnes has been missing since Saturday, January 4, and Bothasig police are making an appeal to the public to come forward with any information on his whereabouts. According to reports, Barnes left his home in the northern suburbs at 3am, and made use of his fiancé’s car to do so.

The 53-year-old was reported missing when he did not attend an athletic event in Strandfontein later that same day.

Barnes’ car was discovered at the Cape Town International Airport (CTIA), and according to the police, it is believed that he went to the Grand West Casino after leaving his Bothasig home.
