Ocean View Police, along with neighbourhood watch members from Kommetjie and Ocean View, the CPF and volunteers came together on Sunday Morning [September 27] to embark on a search for a missing woman.
Officials and concerned members of the public are searching for Edwina Jantjies (20) of Ocean View, who has been missing since July 16, 2020. She was last seen at home in Service Road, wearing a grey hoodie, black tracksuit pants and multi colour beanie.
Their extensive search took them to the Soetwater bushes from early morning until midday, reports Brigadier Novela Potelwa of the South African Police Service (SAPS).
Ashieka Jarley, another woman who was reported missing from the area, was reunited with her family on Tuesday [September 22] after police located her in Wynberg.
