Police are currently searching for 15-year-old Asemahle Fufu, who was last seen at 5.30pm on Saturday, October 23 in Riemfasmaak Phumlani Village, Lotus River.

It is believed that her mother took away her cellphone shortly before she went missing, and Fufe was last seen wearing a maroon jacket with long sleeves. This was paired with blue jeans that are ripped at the knees.

In a separate case, police are also searching for missing Cortney van der Ross, who was last seen on Saturday, October 24. It is believed that the teen left her home without informing anyone at 5pm, and was last spotted by her cousins at an uncle’s home in Grassy Park.

Van der Ross was placed at her uncle’s residence by SAPS’ Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Investigations Unit some time ago.

It is unknown what she was wearing and has not returned yet.
