After making the country proud with their incredible win at the 2019 Rugby World Cup (RWC) in Tokyo, Japan, the Springboks are coming home with a special tour.

Fans will get the chance to see the Springbok champions as well as the Web Ellis trophy up close during at their various stops along the way.

According to the Springboks Rugby website, the team will land in South Africa early this week.

Director of Rugby Rassie Erasmus, Springbok captain Siya Kolisi and vice-captain Handre Pollard are amongst the first batch of the Springbok squad members due to arrive from Japan and are expected to land in Johannesburg at approximately 4.30pm-4.45pm on Tuesday, November 5. The rest of the team will arrive in Johannesburg on Wednesday November 6.

The tour kicks off on November 7 in Gauteng. The parade will include stops in Pretoria, Johannesburg and Soweto.

The RWC squad will also parade the Webb Ellis Cup in a number of other locations before concluding the tour in Cape Town on Monday, November 11.

The planned RWC Champions Tour stops are as follows:

– Thursday, 7 November: Pretoria, Johannesburg and Soweto

– Friday, 8 November: Durban

– Saturday, 9 November: East London

– Sunday, 10 November: Port Elizabeth

– Monday, 11 November: Cape Town
